I found a book at a craft store today that promised “Year-Round Gnomes”.
Does this solve the age-old problem of seasonal gnomes? I will confess that I am unaware of what gnome is appropriate for January in LarryLand.

Larry, this is your mom writing and after perusing your blog I tried to think of something at least half as clever as you to write and praise your blog, but realize that you’ve got me beat! First of all we both acknowledge that it took me several years to understand what a blog was. To me the first thing that came to mind was “The Thing” or “The Creature from the Black Lagoon “. Who came up with the word “blog” anyway. Definitely an off-shoot of a B movie from the 40’s. I’m sure that’ll be addressed in a future blog by you – not me! Love, mom

Hardly. You have to worry about what kind of hat and sunglasses the gnome must wear to go with their board shorts. Gotta protect the Gnome Dome.
