We were having dinner with our friends Kory and Suzie the other day, discussing all of the house flipping in our neighborhood. All of these houses are being “Magnolia-d” in black and white, including painting the roof tiles black. My wife astutely observed that once the next rain comes, these houses will look like Rudy Giuliani having a bad hair day.
