I saw the Magnolia Magazine in the Market. In it, Joanna Gaines is standing in an old barn-like building with bare wood walls and studs (but not her husband Chip). She is wearing work clothes and heavy boots. Standing in the light from the doorway, she is staring off at some point unknown, meaningfully.
What is she thinking, we wonder? Is she thinking of the future? Is she considering the history of the barn? Is she wondering where the Big Clock will go?
The cover says “The Fortitude We Gain Along The Way”.
That, and 10 pounds.
