Someone I knew at work (when I actually worked at stuff) was wearing a shirt that said “I wish every day was a Friday.” I told her she was a sick human being – since we work on Friday that means that she wanted to work 7 days a week.
I had forgotten about this until I went into a Starbucks and they had signs posted “Friday Love”. Apparently, Starbucks only loves its customers 1 day a week.
I assume that on Thursday’s they are seething with rage at my ordering the “Half Baked” (see Half-Baked ).
So I ask you – What’s wrong with Thursdays?
